Deleting your Instagram data
What we store
When you connect Instagram, CafeReach imports your public profile (handle, name, bio, picture, follower and following counts) and your recent posts and reels with their like, comment, view, reach, save and share counts when Instagram provides them. We use this data for creator analytics, Power Scores, rankings and recommendations. We never post on your behalf and we cannot read your messages.
Delete it yourself, instantly
Sign in to CafeReach, open Settings, and choose Disconnect Instagram. That removes your access token and immediately deletes every profile, post and stat we imported, along with the Power Scores, rankings and recommendation analytics calculated from them. Your CafeReach account and campaign history remain.
Or from Instagram
Remove CafeReach in your Instagram app under Settings → Apps and websites. Instagram notifies us and we delete the same data automatically — you don't have to visit CafeReach at all.
Still need help?
Email support@cafereach.in from the address on your account and we'll delete your data and confirm.
Disconnecting removes your Instagram data but keeps your CafeReach account and campaign records. To request deletion of the entire CafeReach account, email support@cafereach.in from the account email address.
