Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to CafeReach. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CafeReach.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• If you act for a cafe or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us of suspected misuse.

CafeReach helps cafes and creators discover each other, evaluate potential fit, and manage collaboration workflows. CafeReach is not an employer, agent, or partner of marketplace users, and does not guarantee that a match, campaign, payment, audience result, or business outcome will occur.

You may connect only an Instagram account that you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting Instagram authorises CafeReach to import the profile, media, and insight data described in our Privacy Policy. It does not authorise CafeReach to publish content or read direct messages.

Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram and Meta terms. You may disconnect at any time; disconnecting removes the imported Instagram data as described in our Data Deletion instructions.

Power Scores, rankings, estimated fees, predicted reach, and recommendations are automated estimates based on available data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not guarantees or professional, financial, or investment advice. Users must make their own campaign decisions.

• Cafes are responsible for accurate briefs, lawful offers, and agreed compensation.
• Creators are responsible for original, lawful content and required advertising or sponsorship disclosures.
• Users are responsible for written campaign terms, taxes, invoices, permissions, and regulatory compliance.
• Unless CafeReach expressly launches a separate payment service with additional terms, creator compensation is arranged directly between the cafe and creator; CafeReach does not hold or guarantee those funds.

You retain ownership of content and profile information you provide. You grant CafeReach a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it.

You must not:

• impersonate another person or connect an Instagram account without authority;
• submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent material;
• scrape, resell, or misuse Instagram data, access tokens, creator data, or CafeReach rankings;
• circumvent security, probe systems without permission, introduce malware, spam users, or disrupt the service;
• use CafeReach in a way that violates applicable law, Meta policies, or third-party rights.

CafeReach depends on services such as Instagram, authentication, hosting, email, and image delivery. Features may be unavailable when those services change or fail. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will use reasonable care when doing so.

We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, legal requirements, or harm to other users. You may stop using CafeReach at any time, disconnect Instagram, or request account deletion by contacting support. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

To the extent permitted by law, CafeReach is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for user conduct, third-party services, campaign outcomes, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
